4 Bed /4 Bath Home is the sought after Terra Verde Resort. You'll be Walking distance to the clubhouse and have a gorgeous lake view overlooking the pool area. This home is not one to miss! Specifications: First Floor - King Bedroom (suite) Second Floor - Queen Bedroom (suite) - Mickey Bedroom (one full & one twin bed) - Harry Potter Bedroom (one full & one twin bed) First Floor: 1 King Bed (master suite) Second Floor: 1 Queen Bed (suite) 2 Twin Beds 2 Twin Beds CHECK IN/COMMUNITY INFORMATION: Terra Verde is a gated community with a guard 24/7. Upon arrival the guard will ask for your name, ID and address and take your license plate down. Each car must be registered at the gate to receive entry to the community. Once through the gate you can go directly to the clubhouse for your gate passes, they are $20 per car and non refundable however it is an optional pass. Please note each house may only have 4 cars total. *Pool Heat is available and costs $35 per day *BBQ is available and is $75 for your entire stay and that includes 1 full propane tank and the cleaning
